About us
Hosting nights in the Thar at Sam Sand Dunes
A small desert camp run on simple principles: good food, clear plans and time to enjoy the dunes.
Our story
A stay near Sam Sand Dunes, run by people who know the desert
Sam is the best-known stretch of dunes near Jaisalmer, a place where the Thar opens into long ridges of sand. Our camp sits in this landscape so that guests can walk from their tent onto the dunes, watch the sun go down and spend the night away from the city.
We look after a small number of guests at a time, and our team includes people from the surrounding villages who know the dunes, the weather and the music of the region.
How we host
Our approach to hospitality
Clear plans
We tell you what is included, what is optional and what it costs before you travel. No surprises at check-in.
Unhurried evenings
The desert is best enjoyed slowly. Our evenings leave time to sit by the fire, listen to the music and look at the sky.
Local hands
Camel handlers, drivers, cooks and performers come from the area. Their knowledge shapes every stay.
